Course Enrollment and Access
When you sign up for a course, you get a license from us to view it through the ParhPakistani Services and no other use. Don’t try to transfer or resell courses of any kind.
In accordance with our Instructor Agreement, when instructors publish a course on ParhPakistani, they grant ParhPakistani a license to offer the course to students. This means that we have the right to sub-license the course to students who are enrolled in the course. As a student, when you enroll in a course, whether it’s a free or paid course, you get a license from ParhPakistani to view the course via the ParhPakistani platform and Services, and ParhPakistani is a record licensor. Courses are licensed, not sold to you. This license does not give you the right to resell the course in any way (including by sharing account information with the purchaser or by illegally downloading the course and sharing it on the websites).
ParhPakistani grants you (as a student) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the courses and related content for which you have paid all the fees you require, solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes through the Services, in accordance with these Terms and any conditions or restrictions associated with a particular course or feature of our Service. All other uses shall be expressly prohibited.. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, modify, create derivative works of, sub-license or otherwise transfer or use any course unless we give you explicit permission to do so in a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of ParhPakistani. This also applies to content that you can access via any of our APIs.
Usually, we give our students a limited time access license when they enroll in a course. However, we reserve the right to revoke any license to access and use courses at any time in the event that, for policy reasons, we decide or are obliged to disable access to the course, for example, if the course you have entered is the subject of a copyright complaint or if we determine that the content of the course violates our Trust & Safety Guidelines. Access is not applicable to the add-on features and services associated with the course, e.g. the translation of courses may be disabled at any time by the instructor, and the instructor may decide at any time not to provide the teaching assistant at any time.
Instructors may not grant licenses to their courses to student directly and any such direct license shall be null and void and a violation of our Terms.
